Bike Tour Small Paris – Klakar
Name is funny association at famous rally Paris Dakar. Small Paris is small suburb of Slavonski Brod, and Klakar is a village near by.
Small Paris – Klakar presents cyclotourist project with aim of promotion region Slavonija as ideal cyclotourist destination. Other aims are promoting bike as a vehicle, city of Slavonski Brod and county Brodsko – posavska, promotion of traditional culture (food, music, beverages). It is non competitive.
Promotion of cycloturism
From 2014. we connect this Bike Tour with Croatian traveler Tomo Skalica. Our aim is to raise this project in order to get more domestic and foreign tourists.
In 2011., we got support by Ministry of tourism.
Lectures and Events
With bike tour every year we hold lectures for local government as examples of good practice (Meri Vidulin – Maistra, Martin Cotar – Istarska county, Darinka Jug – My Bike, Gerhard Ablasser – City of Graz) and travelogue lectures for citizens (Domagoj Jakopovic – Ribafish).
